Gera’s Emerald City – India’s very first child centric homes! 2-3 bedroom apartments.
This 2 and 3 bedroom scheme under construction and will be completed (Phase 1) in Dec. 2007 and (Phase 2) in Dec. 2008.
Gera’s Emerald City is located in Kharadi and will be India’s first residential project that will be built around the safety and development of children.
The child centric features offered in Gera’s Emerald City have been categorized into four groups. These categories will cater to the needs of the adults as pertaining to the children as also the fun and development needs of the children themselves.
