It's a shear stupidity.I do not know how many of them are going to repent on loss of the hard earned money. Any way the gullibles are to be blamed themselves. I think there is no point in paying double the actual worth.

Once you commit to a payment and hope for timely completion, you find yourself in the builder's cobweb. In the case of several flat owners of Mont Vert Pristine in Aundh, Pune this is a similar case. The Patel Goyal builders there has taken signed blank cheques from the flat owners without a date in lieu of Service Tax, if and when applicable. There is no parallel to this, as they have refused to hand over possession without depositing this signed blank cheque with them. This is unscruplous and unfounded act of mistrust for those who have booked the flats with them several years earlier.
