This is my personal experience..

A school building is being erected next to my residential house for last 2 years. Ofcourse from the donation money.

The concrete mixer is next to my window. It runs 12 hours sometimes..

The labours throw the rubble from what ever the floor and dusting my house.

Labours work till 12 in the night and start 4 am in the morning..

What can I do?

I went to the builderand expressed my concerns. He was not concerned at all.

So I went to police and complained. Result is momentary.

I went to local corporator, it was waste of time and money.

The builder is close to political figure. The building is of the school.. Another money making machine.

The noise is so high sometimes that we have to shout at home even talking to each other.

So why should I not wish

1. the builder to die in mishap or something.

2. His siblings should be deaf with noise as I am turning. with constant noise for 2 years. Lung filled from the cement dust of the rubble.

3. He and the people who decided that to erect the building at the cost peace of few hundred neighbours should have few mishaps in their life.

Since they have done something wrong and has to be punished..

We Indians are being more and more tolerant to this misbehavior.. Definitely deaf..

Mr.Punekar,

Constant work of construction next to one's house is really painful. However, if one live next to a vacant piece of land, this is inevitable.

However, in your entire post, you only complained about the pains and suffering.

In positive way, you may consider to think about solutions then problems. If you find out a solution, then one can think of implementing it. Solution can not be to stop or abandon the ongoing work. There are several options like approaching PMC, Court etc.

Punekar

I laughed for 10 min while reading your points.
I pray for your wishes to come true. Sure there is no solution as it might involve going to PMC wasting your time to go around and then no answer.

I am with you .

Thanks,

Thank you Mr. Nahar.
I had been very positive in taking steps.
First I went to builder as I said in the post which did not make any difference.
then I went to pune corporation they said they have given permission to errect the building and there will be some noise.
Then I went to police and waited there for 1 hour. No one bothered to notice the presence of complainant. So I went up to hawaldar sitting there and I exaplined. I got answers like you should let the night duty person know etc. etc.

I have decided now to move my house as builders A.K.A goons and these newly born education mafias will never understand the problem of common man.

They dont care..

I am planning to move to malaysia for atleast few years.
Thats the only thing I can do.
