A total of 22,000 hectares (approximately 54,363 acres) will be released in the city with the State Legislative Assembly on Thursday passing a resolution to repeal the Urban Land Ceiling and Regulation Act of 1976. Of the 22,000 hectares, 9,500 hectares (23,475 acres) will be used for construction activity.
Municipal commissioner Praveensinh Pardeshi too welcomed the decision, but said that land prices will definitely come down in the "near future." This will help low cost housing for the poor and will also put a full stop to burgeoning slums, he said.
DO NOT invest in property right now. It is too volatile out there. Stay away from the market atleast for 3 to 6 months and see the prices start falling..

This is rumour circulated by rokade-bhnage gang as they want to corner all cheap property, lnad etc in and around sinhgarh road.
Stay away from all these rumours.Property released will be for slum dwellers and average salary going up,middle and high income earner will haev lot of money to put in the residential as well as commerical market with solid fuindamnetals.I would say property would apprceiate at least 8-10 percent in coming 6 months!! more than nay stock market in the world..
rokade-bhange group wnats to convert anadnagar to ambedkarnagar!!
Kabhi to Aoge Bhnagibazzar Mein!!

The person who might not want this to come true must be a builder. This is about all the the properties in all 8 directions of pune. So if somebody says that it is a rumour, then he/she must be a builder who does not want the rates to come down.
I suggest you just google to find out what people of experience are talking about this issue. I suggest you guys stay away from real estate market. It is too uncertain right now and one might not know which way the prices will turn too. They might remain stable, but upward turn is definitely seems impossible. There are lots of unoccupied and unsold projects with builders in pune and before hearing to anybody, do your own math and your own analysis.
You might get various views on this forum from mostly REAL ESTATE AGENTS (like the one posted just above this). But remember, it is your money. Not theirs. Their business depends on houses being sold. So beware of such agents.

What I fail to understand is, is this Antony guy some fortune teller ? If yes, he should have purchased a lot of properties when the prices were low 3 years back. If he has then he would want to sell it now to cash in.
But since he is shouting at the top of his "freak'in" voice that you should not invest, he is just a goon trying to drop prices so that he can purchase one for him self now.
What a crappy idea... Lets refer to him as a PIG on this channel.
