builder or a sucker?

my father sold his ancestral land to this reputed name in pune real estate, at very cheap rate. he paid the first installment of the payment only after 1 year of the initial agreement. now 2 years have passed and he has managed to delay payment of 30 % of the amount under verious pretext. the price of the land has already trebled and the amount due has devalued. as the amount being a long term capital gain it can only be used to buy farm land elsewhere. but how much land after 2 years?
the land psrices have touched the sky.
we did a mistake by selling our land.
and we did a crime in selling it to the great builder of pune.
he has threatened us with defamation suit of Rs 250 crore when we tried to bring his misdeeds to the notice of the people.
god help us in getting our dues.

builders are suckers..
Friend of mine bought a flat which has "super built up" area of 120%.. so 20% extra????
unbuilt areas like terrace is costed 100% of the rate. community garden, lift space is part of super built up area..

moreover just before handing over the apartment instead of forming society builder gave it as apartment so he can user the FSI if he gets any..

what a shame..

with realty crash I hope all those rougue builders go bankrupt and beg for even 10 rupees.
